Great staff. The place is heavily influence by a Ralph Lauren style.

Nicely decorated property, has professional staff on shift. Convenient and peaceful location in a lovely neighborhood, chic style building. Just next door to a tram which will take passengers to the Duomo, which is the centre of town, the city centre and Milano central.

Amazing hotel with its 24-hour reception, fitness center, and fantastic bar/lounge area. The staff helped me with local info during my first stay, which I still remember. I highly recommend it and plan to return for Christmas!

The room was large and even had a balcony. All furniture and fixtures were top notch and the beds comfortable. The location is good if you want to enjoy the canal district with all its restaurants; although this is much better in good weather.
Our room was near the reception and guest lounge area, so the internal noise was very disturbing. The first night it went on well past midnight and the manager's promises to keep it down the next night were false -- in fact it was the hotel staff speaking at Italian volume after 10:00 pm that was most bothersome. Couple that with breakfast being prepared at the strange communcal breakfast table a mere four meters from the room and you can imagine how relaxing our stay was. Paying eu 300 for this is way out of line.

Unconventional concept, very friendly and family oriented. Great decoration of the hotel and location was perfect. Friendly family and staff. Wonderful trip to Milan with great shopping
Breakfast table (all guests at one table) was too small. Ppl had to wait for a seat

Loved how cozy and friendly the place feels like. The Suite was amazing and the entire place is decorated with a lot of taste. Loved the fact it doesn't feel like a hotel at all but more like coming back to an amazing home.
The cleaning ladies were always well... cleaning, so it was a bit odd to bump into them or to hear them vacuuming the place whenever in the common areas of the Yard. A more discrete cleaning service would improve the experience.
